This may be your first time planning an event or wedding.  Most don't realize the cost of events, but that's ok, we are in the business of knowing and are happy to guide you!    

Keep in mind that events and weddings that are held in hotels are for the sake of convenience and ease of planning.   But, if you have the desire for something very special, like an event or wedding at a beautiful venue like ours, it’s an experience you— and anyone who attends your event — won’t easily forget!

When planning your event, please note that the average price for a wedding or event in Northern Virginia and Washington DC area in 2022, (including venue, catering, planner, flowers, photography, videography, rentals, and all that goes with a wedding) for about 175 guests is approximately $45,000+ 
Plan on your venue and catering to be the biggest part of your budget.  Followed by planner, flowers, photography, etc.  

The Middleburg Barn® is a venue only rental, we don't offer food, but we allow you to hire vendors for your event. We require that you choose from our list of planners and caterers who know our venue, are insured and have been vetted to work here.  For Corporate Clients, we know some of the best vendors for lighting, sound, staging, just to name a few and have access to national music acts for your event!

What are vendors? Vendors are professionals we know in the business who can help you with planning, catering, flowers, linens, table setting, glassware, draping, photographers, bands, DJ, live artists, bars, invitations, place cards, furniture or other unique rentals, etc., We know some of the best in the business and all are vetted and are incredible professionals that can make your event incredible!  

Please note, The Middleburg Barn is not a 'do it yourself' venue, we do require that you hire professional vendors to help you with your event.

between $5,000 up to $25,000

Price is depends on of the day of week, or weekend, time of year, holidays, number of hours  or days rented and the guests, etc.

CORPORATE, Non-profit, non-wedding event

We do several non-wedding events from Corporate Fundraisers, Holiday Parties, Political Events, Film Festivals, TV/Film productions, etc. 

Seating is 350 comfortably with tables and 700 theater style, or up to 2,000 for larger events. We do allow tents at our location. We also have a 48 thousand square foot space that can seat over 1,000 or our Loft Space that can seat 100 people. You can host a small gathering in an intimate setting, or a large get-together that can accommodate live music and a dance floor.
