For all events (weddings, corporate, birthday parties, graduations, etc.), The Middleburg Barn® offers a venue-only rentals, collaborating with caterers and planners familiar with our space. 

Please note that The Middleburg Barn is not a do-it-yourself venue – we require you to hire professional vendors for your event.


OUR RENTAL TIMES ARE 10 HOURS:
Which includes vendor set up, event time and clean up.  (For weddings it includes Ceremony space and time)

  • For Weddings it includes white ceremony chairs (200)
  • For Weddings one of the farm’s Arbors for ceremony
  • For Weddings, it includes three spaces for Ceremony

CORPORATE, Non-profit, non-wedding event

We do several non-wedding events from Corporate Fundraisers, Holiday Parties, Political Events, Film Festivals, TV/Film productions, etc. 

Seating is 350 comfortably with tables and 700 theater style, or up to 2,000 for larger events. We allow tents at our location. We also have a 48 thousand square foot space that can seat over 1,000 or our Loft Space that can seat 100 people. You can host a small gathering in an intimate setting, or a large get-together that can accommodate live music and a dance floor.
