FAQS:

CAN WE HAVE A CEREMONIAL FIRE?
Yes, you are allowed to do a small contained ceremonial fire inside or outside. *Please note that no raw rice can be used during the ceremony as that harms our wildlife.

HOW LATE CAN WE PARTY?
All music must be turned off by 11pm. We require a MINIMUM of 2 hours for breakdown, so you must end by 10pm to stay within the 12am Venue Rental Access OR you may pay for 1 additional hour. Additional Hours between 9am and 12am are $1000/hour and between 9am and 12pm are $500/hour. 

CAN WE HAVE A HORSE FOR THE BARAAT?
Yes! We love horses here as we are an historic horse farm.
We have had many Baraats with live horses. You must use HARMON’S CARRIAGES who has a specially trained white mare and the traditional Indian clothing

 

CAN WE HAVE INDIAN FOOD CATERING?
You Must Choose an Approved Caterer From Our List; we don't allow outside catering.  Our Catering Partners are full service caterers and their prices include the linens, plate ware, glassware, staff, bartenders, food, setup and clean up.

All vendors must provide a COI and be pre-approved by venue management.
